Other wastewater containing mineral oil, e.g. undercarriage wash, motor wash and component cleanings, can be treatedaccording to our complete concept by separator- and emulsionssplitting technic.

RAIL VEHICLE CLEANING

In order to remove contaminations atrailways hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and alkaline cleaner aswell as rinse agents are used. Thereby the washing water can containheavy metals such as copper, zinc and iron as well as hydrocarbonsand settleable solids and might be strongly acid.

Das neuartige AWAS RiStWag-Koa-System ist ein Zwei-Stufen-Verfahren, bestehend aus RiStWag-Abscheider und Feinstfiltration. In der ersten Stufe werden Sedimenten und Leichtflüssigkeiten simultan mit dem AWAS GALAXIE Wirbelabscheider getrennt. In der zweiten Stufe erfolgt die Feinstpartikeltrennung mit anhaftenen Schwermetalle durch ein spezielles selbstreiniges Mikrofiltersystem.
